Whether you're a new client, new recruit, or someone who just Googled "what is firebend," we're glad you landed here. As a proper introduction, our name is Firebend, and we're a technology company. We're not a "digital agency" per se. We like to describe ourselves as an incubation hub of technology talent that transforms the way businesses work.

How We

Began

Firebend is the creation of Steve Clark, owner and founder of Propak, Inc. Steve is also well-known in his community as an entrepreneur for social change. This stable foundation and strong belief in creating a company where people love to work are what prompted our core values.

Our Core Values

It's no secret that a great company culture leads to happier employees and better performance. We all want to be part of a good vibe tribe. In order to create this, a company has to be intentional about who they are, what purpose they serve, and how they treat their people. As we developed the list for Firebend, we landed on five keywords. We call them our SPARK, which is essential for igniting a fire. And honestly, living by these words lights us up each day.
